Media is where your workspace’s images live. Add an image once, then choose it in any form: as the logo, as the cover, or in an Image block. Open it from Media in the sidebar, or from the Choose an image button in the builder.

  1. Choose Upload an image and pick a file.
  2. Drag the image to move it, scroll or use the slider to zoom, and choose a shape: its own (Original), 1:1, 4:3, 16:9, 4:5, 3:1, 4:1 or 5:1. The shapes are the same wherever you add an image from; a logo opens as 1:1, a cover as 4:1 and an image as its own shape. A cover is shown in a frame that keeps its shape on every screen (5:1 small, 4:1 medium, 3:1 large), so a cover made in that shape is never cut.
  3. Choose Use this image.

An image you add is saved to Media, so you can use it again in other forms. Adding the same image twice keeps one copy.

In the builder, choose Choose an image (in the header settings for the logo and the cover, or in an Image block). Pick from Media, or switch to Upload to add a new one. You can also paste a link to an image on another site for a cover or an image block; a linked image loads from that site, so keep it available.

An image can be up to 100 KB, as a PNG, JPG, WebP or AVIF file. An image over that is not accepted. Save it as WebP or AVIF (most image editors and Canva can export both) and it will be a fraction of the size at the same look.

Choose the logo’s size (small, medium, large) and shape (square, rounded or circle). It sits above the title and follows the header’s alignment.

  • Images in Media are public. Anyone who has an image’s link can open it, like any image on a web page. Add only what you are happy to share.
  • Images count in your workspace’s storage, which depends on your plan. The Media page shows how much you have used. When it is full, upgrade your plan to add more images (an image you already have is never refused).
  • Who can add: owners, admins and editors. Viewers can see the images.
  • Deleting images from Media is not available yet.
