Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and InvoyForm. By making an account or using InvoyForm, you accept them. If you use it for a team or a company, you say you can accept them for it.
InvoyForm is in alpha
InvoyForm is still being built. Features can change, and some may be removed or limited. We try to tell you about changes that affect you, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose.
Your account
You must give true information and keep it up to date. Keep your password and passkeys safe: what happens in your account is your responsibility, so tell us at once if someone else got in. Do not share one sign-in between people. Add them to your workspace instead.
Plans and payment
There is a free plan and paid plans, with their limits and prices on the pricing page. A paid plan renews every period until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the dashboard, and the plan stays until the end of the period you paid for.
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, and their terms apply to you when you pay. Prices may include taxes where the law requires it. If we change a price, we will tell you before it applies to you.
The free plan lets you try InvoyForm before you pay, so payments for a plan are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise. When your plan ends
If your plan ends or you move to a smaller one, you keep one workspace on the free plan. Workspaces over the limit are locked. For the first 15 days you can still look at their forms and responses. After 45 days of being locked, their forms, responses and files are deleted and cannot be brought back. Upgrading before then unlocks them with everything in them.
Your forms and your respondents
Your forms and the answers people send to them are yours. You let us store and process them only to run InvoyForm for you.
You are responsible for your forms and the people who fill them in. Only collect what you have a reason to collect, tell people what it is for, and answer them when they ask about their data.
Payments you collect
A form can take a payment into your own account at a payment provider you connect, like Stripe or Razorpay. The sale is between you and your customer. We do not hold the money and we are not responsible for refunds, taxes or disputes about it.
Other tools you connect
When you connect another tool (Slack, Google Sheets, Zapier and others), you choose to send your data there. That tool has its own terms, and we are not responsible for what it does with your data or for it being down.
Fair use
Everyone has to follow our Fair Use Policy. If a form or an account breaks it, we may take the form down, limit it, or suspend the account.
Our rights
InvoyForm, its design, its code and its name belong to us. These terms let you use InvoyForm while you follow them, and nothing more. If you send us ideas or feedback, we can use them freely.
Ending
You can stop using InvoyForm and delete your account any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if your use puts others or the service at risk. When we can, we will tell you why and give you time to take your data out.
No warranty
InvoyForm is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we do not promise that it will meet your needs, run without a break, or be free of errors.
Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profit, lost data or other indirect damage. The most we owe you for any claim is what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits what the law does not let us limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of India, and disputes go to its courts, unless the law where you live lets you go to another.
Changes
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. For a change that matters to you, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before it applies. If you keep using InvoyForm after that, you accept the new terms.
