Fair Use Policy

InvoyForm is for collecting real answers from real people. This policy keeps it fast, safe and fair for everyone, including on the free plan.

Use it for what it is for

• Use the limits of your plan as they are written on the pricing page. Do not work around them, for example with many accounts to get more free plans.
• Do not send automated or bulk submissions to forms that are not yours, and do not overload InvoyForm.
• Do not copy, resell or rebuild InvoyForm, or use it to train AI models, without our written permission.

What is not allowed in a form

• Anything illegal, or anything that helps someone break the law.
• A form that tricks people: pretending to be another person or company, or made to steal passwords, card numbers, one-time codes or sign-in details.
• Collecting government ID numbers, full card or bank numbers, or health or other highly sensitive data, unless the law allows it, you have the right to, and you protect it as the law asks.
• Spam, malware, or files that run as programs.
• Anything that harms or exploits children, or that threatens or harasses people.

Do not attack the service

Do not try to get into other people’s accounts, and do not test our security without our written permission. If you find a problem, tell us at [email protected].

What happens if you break it

We may take a form down, limit it, stop it taking answers, or suspend an account, with or without notice. When we can, we will tell you why.
