# Responses

Where the answers to your form are, how to read one, and what to know about plan limits.

Open your form and go to **Responses**. Each time someone sends the form, a row is added. Until then you see "No submissions yet".

## The table

- **#** is the number of the response.
- **Submitted** is when it came in.
- After those, there is a column for each question. A question with several parts, like a payment, has a column for each part.
- The button with the columns icon lets you choose which columns to show.
- **Refresh** loads the newest responses. A long list is split into pages.

## One response in full

Click **View response details** at the end of a row. You see:

- when it was submitted
- where it came from: the form on InvoyForm's own page, or your own HTML form or script
- the email of the person, if the form asked for it
- every answer, with "No answer provided" for a question that was left empty

Files that someone sent are opened from here. See [Collect files](https://form.invoy.in/docs/guides/file-upload/).

## When your plan's limit is reached

Each plan takes a number of responses. When you reach it, new responses are still saved, but they are held back from the table, and a message says how many. Upgrade and they are shown. No email is sent for a held-back response.

## Not here yet

Exporting responses and deleting one are on the way. The buttons for them are not working yet.

> **Tip:** To get each response somewhere else as it arrives, use [Email notifications](https://form.invoy.in/docs/guides/email-notifications/) or [Integrations](https://form.invoy.in/docs/guides/integrations/).
